Hello CCTP devotees!

Riley and Will are in the command center, surrounded by Susan (Intern Coordinator), Alex (this week's Assistant Stage Manager), Vicky (Stage Manager), Debbie (Box Office Manager), and Clyde (Technical Director and subject of our last post)

Last night, the audience traveled to Israel for Zoe Tirosh's "Six." Without giving too much away, the play revolves around a Jewish couple's trip to Israel juxtaposed with scenes from the 1967 Six-Day War. "Six" continues tonight and tomorrow night at 8:00pm.

Riley is on the light board and Will is running sound from a small booth behind the audience seating. It's difficult to see the stage from our nook: we have to look through a mirror (the "periscope") to see the stage (or half of it).

But we've come to enjoy the seclusion of the tech hole-in-the-wall. We can talk and joke without bothering anyone. We recently hunted through the CD library and discovered some classics from the Yeah Yeah Yeahs and CKY. But we're never far from the production: Vicky's stand-by command over the interCOM headset rouses us back to battle readiness.

Speaking of, we have to get back to work!

See you soon,
Riley <3 Will
